How to find your Search Code

  1. 1Locate your Certificate of Analysis document.
  2. 2Find the Search Code field in the top right table of the CoA. It is labeled exactly as Search Code.
  3. 3Enter that code below and click Look up. Prism reports use the first 4 characters of the company name followed by the lot number.

First 4 chars of company name + lot number. Codes are not case-sensitive. Remove any spaces.

Search by Company Name

  1. 1Enter your full company name exactly as it appears on your CoA.
  2. 2Click Search to see all CoAs associated with your company.
  3. 3Click Open PDF next to any result to view that Certificate of Analysis.

Company name is not case-sensitive.
