Please follow the directions below carefully to ensure your samples are received, logged, tested, and reported as quickly as possible.

Before You Ship

Package samples securely, label everything clearly, and include enough information for accurate accessioning.

Prepare each sample

Each vial or container must be clearly labeled with the sample name, concentration if known, and your company or submitter name.

Include submission details

Provide sample names, desired testing, return email, billing contact, and any special notes needed for the laboratory team.

Receive your COA

Once testing is complete, your Certificate of Analysis will be emailed directly to the email address provided.
